Monika is a DEI consultant and ERGs Center Lead working with various companies supporting those in setting up networks and helping them to be more effective, connected and visible. She is a co-author of a guide and tools for ERG Leaders. She also coordinates the local employee networks in one of the biggest global institutional banks.
