By signing this agreement below, and in consideration for your participation at Change Makers , you hereby (a) permit Diversity Hub Foudnation to record in full your presentation in both audio and visual formats (the “Recording”); (b) grant Diveristy Hub Foundation, its affiliates and licensees, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, display, perform, edit, transcribe, distribute and make derivative works of the Recording in whole or in part, in any and all languages and media (now known or hereafter developed); and (c) grant Diversity Hub Foundation, its affiliates and licensees, a non-exclusive license to your voice, name, likeness, and biographical data to publicize or advertise the Recording.
You represent and warrant to Diversity Hub Foundation that your presentation is an original work by you or that you have the full right and authority to grant the rights herein granted in all media throughout the world; and that no one else’s permission is required.
Upon request, Diversity Hub Foundation will provide you a copy of the Recording.
