Rafał Błażejewski

Rafał Błażejewski has been with Nordea for 10 years and during that time he (he/him) has had the opportunity to grow in his career within HR. Currently Rafał is the Country Head of People Services and the Co-Chair of D&I Council Poland. In both capacities he is responsible for leading and driving the D&I agenda for Nordea’s Polish Branch, which employs over 5500 employees across four locations. Regardless of the day today, he likes to think that his engagement in supporting the broad D&I area started during his university studies, when he led a small NGO focused on self-government, inclusion and non-discrimination in secondary schools in his home town.
