From 2007 she also provides DEI trainings and managing across cultures session for leaders of various industries (eg. banking, IT, pharma, FMCG, retail, construction). Michalina is an experienced leader of an organization run fully in virtual environment SIETAR Polska. She is strongly committed to inclusive leadership, sharing her best practices and case studies during conferences. Focused on organisational effectiveness, her mission is to help organisations and people to grow, identify new ways of development and broadening their perspectives.
