She is an experienced facilitator, Design Thinking moderator, researcher in social innovation, and consultant. As a senior DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) consultant at Diversity Hub Think Tank, she supports organizations in understanding and building an open, inclusive organizational culture. She observes and listens, capturing signals of change. She works with trends and future scenarios, leading advisory processes in intergenerational collaboration. She assists teams and organizations in developing strategies, creating new products or services, making decisions, and exploring new avenues of development. She examines social impact. She is an academic lecturer at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow and the Tischner European University in Kraków.
