Magdalena joined Cisco in 2017. In her current role she leads a team of Cisco collaboration technology experts delivering services that allow Cisco Partners and Customers to stay connected, collaborate and deliver impeccable experience to their users wherever they are. Magdalena has over 15 years of industry experience working in global customer service organizations, starting her career as an account executive, progressing into leadership roles in customer service, solution support and IT organizations. Magdalena is a strong advocate of diverse talent and talent development and as a diversity and inclusion lead, she drives awareness and initiatives focused on enabling an inclusive culture. Magdalena is co-leading Women in Science and Engineering employee resource group and is also a member of Women of Cisco.
