Originally from Estonia, she started her career in Diversity and Inclusion at Swedbank, leading the D&I function at first on an Estonian, then Baltic and eventually on a Swedbank Group level. Today, she’s the global Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Bolt and also provides Diversity & Inclusion training and consultation.
