Joanna is an expert in building an inclusive organizational culture and work environment. Her activities are effective because she bases them on a good understanding of the business perspective, which she gained as a financial auditor and manager of business process transformation projects. Currently, as HR Inclusion and Diversity Lead at Accenture Poland, she coordinates nationwide projects related to Inclusion and Diversity. For her achievements, she has won an international Equality Award.
