Åsa Nilsson Billme has worked with diversity, equity and inclusion for two decades within various industries and sectors. She is co-founder of Diversity Charter Sweden where she was on the Board for five years, and part of the EU Diversity Charter platform. She is several times awarded and since 2016 working at Nordea, a financial institution with presence in 20 countries world-wide and with main operation in the Nordic countries, Poland and Estonia. Nordea has more than 30,000 employees and Åsa is working as the Head of Diversity & Inclusion for the Group.
