Dedicated to contributing to a world where inclusion and the freedom to be your authentic self are honored, Jasmin has over 20 years of experience working with people in different industries, from hospitality management to automotive. She has broad experience from the different parts of Talent Management and always through the lens of DEI. Currently working at Volvo Cars with Culture, Inclusion and Belonging she focuses on awareness building, implementation of DEI strategy and road map, and creating safe spaces for everyone within the company. Being a mix of the two cultures Sweden and Morocco she understood the importance of curiosity and acknowledging different perspectives early and is very interested in cultural awareness.
