Elżbieta is an advocate with two faces. One face of Elżbieta is her professional activity. She is a personal advisor to managers on matters related to labor law, especially unfair dismissal, discrimination, or overwork. The second face of Elżbieta is her social activity. As part of her educational activities, Elżbieta fights for women to be aware of their labor rights and to be prepared to cope with difficult situations. Elżbieta conducts numerous training sessions, during which she points out that equality between women and men in the workplace is needed and that it is not just an empty marketing slogan. For her activity, Elżbieta was recognized by Forbes Women Polska in the ranking of 25 outstanding female lawyers in business [2021].

Jarosław is a co-lead of Spectrum Poland in GSK – the employee resource group to support LQBTQA+ employees in our GSK Poland Global Hub.
