In her role as Senior Researcher at the Bridge Group—a non-profit consultancy focused on social equality in the UK—she leads on qualitative research on projects for a variety of clients. She is passionate about using robust, evidence-based research to shape DEI policies and practices, and has a particular interest in socio-economic background diversity and inclusion. His main goal is always to create a comfortable workplace, spread diversity and be as close to people as possible. Jarosław projected Diverse Reverse Mentoring in GSK to support the managers in understanding better their diverse employees. In GSK since 2019, acting a various roles – from compliance specialist, chatbot developer and agile facilitator to Product Owner. Personally, Jarosław likes to travel to unusual places (going to Antarctica on Feb 25!), carting and acting as a local activist.
