Stefan Beelen is Deputy Branch Manager and Asset Servicing Director at Euroclear Bank Poland, bringing over 25 years of experience in managing change and transformation across Business, Finance, and Support divisions in various European countries. Stefan holds a master's degree in Business Administration and is fluent in multiple languages, which has enabled him to effectively navigate and manage cross-cultural teams. His leadership style is characterized by empathy, transparency, and a strong focus on achieving sustainable results. In his role as sponsor of Diversity and Inclusion for Euroclear Poland, Stefan collaborates with local leaders to foster a climate of inclusive leadership that extends diversity beyond traditional aspects such as gender, age, and disabilities. His mission is to humanize the workplace through authentic and inspirational leadership, aiming to maximize collective intelligence for excellence in people engagement and performance. In addition, Stefan’s dedication to continuous learning and development is reflected in his participation in various industry conferences such as the newly created Corporate Rebels cell for Poland business with a focus to re-think how organizations in today’s ecosystem should be designed and lead and how purpose and sense comes in to boost employees’ engagement and performance.
